Facilitation for groups. I support organizational culture, development & strategic planning, racial justice & white caucus work, campaign & movement strategy processes. I rarely do this work alone, so after our initial consultation I will likely suggest possible co-facilitators for our work together.
Individual coaching, particularly if you are working to grow your network of personal & professional support, or navigating major transitions.
Popular education workshops & trainings. Topics include solidarity economy, group governance, strategy & planning for organizations and movements. I often do this work with organizational partners, especially PeoplesHub and Highlander.
Support services. I offer skilled tech support & slide design for virtual gatherings, curriculum & planning consultations, and support for converting in-person events to online.
